    Waited a while for the sales person to come to the register area about 15mins, they where busy though but the guy who served us was great he read all the product info and gave me a honest opinion not based on money value

    Just went in to purchase a pair of noise-cancelling headphones and got served by an amazing person - Tony! After a pair of Bose noise cancelling headphones were faulty, Tony helped us happily and made us feel welcome in the store. Purchased a pair of sony noise cancelling headphones as well as a 1 year warranty and an extra 2 year warranty for our Bose's that were replaced.

    Waited 15 minutes to get served. Ask guy if cordless phone was NBN set up, he said yes it was. Got home and it's not. Very unhappy
