  Not one of the four or five staff members at the counter could find the manners or the time to even acknowledge me. A simple, "be right with you mate" is all that is required.

  As a mechanical fitter, both myself and my company that's just started working in the local area would have spent a substantial amount of money in coming months, if your lazy staff could have bothered to pull their eyes away from their computer screens.

  Wish you can rate no stars. Appauling customer service. The manager is useless and is allergic to calling anybody back. Very quick tobtake your money but when its the other way around forget about it. Dont waste your time time with these clowns

  I can’t believe a business can operate this way these days it’s ridiculous. I didn’t get greeted at all by anyone whatsoever hello I’m a woman in a tools shop I have no idea what I’m doing, but these I can forgive the thing that anyoyed me most was even though it’s a “guys shop” two of the men working there didn’t even have the respect to tone down the smut the comments that were coming out of their mouths were disgusting and left me feeling very uncomfortable which led to me leaving without a Christmas present for my husband very disappointing.
